Basic Design Process
- Initial Meeting
Know client’s nature of business, expectations and requirements. Introduce NSD’s company policy and design process.
- Recommendation & Estimation
Estimate outlining the timeline, fees and options with recommendation. A questionnaire for client to fill in.
- Signing Agreement
Make sure that NSD understands client’s business and purpose of the project clearly, and the client understands the fees and services, then sign the agreement by both party.
- Researching & Conceptualizing
NSD researches on client’s industry, target audience, trends, etc., and build a frame concept based on the research and information gathered from the client.
- Design
NSD starts creative brainstorming, explore every direction, then create design concepts to present.
- Presentation
Design presentation to client with concise rational.
- Examination & Determination of Design Concept
NSD supports client's decision making process by providing professional advice and recommendation.
- Refining & Finalizing
Collaboration of the client and NSD to refine the design, then acceptance of the final version by client.
- Production
Repairing print production, website in development.
- Proofing
Proofing on all items, pre-press check on print items, testing website.
- Delivery of Goods
Delivery of printed items, launching final website.
- Follow-up
Make sure the final product meets client’s expectation and everything works properly. Receive feedback from the client and their customers for possible future development. Update on any new valuable information to the client.
